We offer double, twin or family en-suite accommodation, tastefully furnished and non-smoking. All rooms enjoy panoramic views and have WiFi broadband connections. Complimentary homemade afternoon tea and cakes are served on arrival. Homemade breakfast with only the best fresh local produce.

The Cottage - Ground floor accommodation, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), Kitchen, Lounge / Diner, shower room & decked terrace.
The Lodge - 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 4 adults &2 children)
Both cottages are non-smoking and have decked verandas with stylish garden furniture and barbecues for
al fresco meals. Enjoy the mild climate from this beautiful location.
 
The nearest towns are Ashburton and Totnes. We look forward to your visit to this ‘little golden part of Devon' where green tourism is encouraged. We were the first working farm in England to achieve the Green Tourism Award and we were awarded 'Gold'
